One of These Days

It seems like everyone I meet wants more from me than I am capable of.
There is always a little asterisk with some requirement I can't meet.
Is it too much to ask that for once I be best person for the job?
Isn't there supposed to be someone for everyone?
I am the perfect match for someone, right?
I just want to be someone's someone.
Can I be someone's everything?
All they could ever want?
